Going to the gym is just one option. Take the stairs at the office once or twice every day, get off the bus a stop earlier in the morning and catch it at the same stop at the end of the day, or park at the opposite end of the parking lot rather than next to the door. Take a scenic bike ride, or take the dog for a nice long walk. Exercise is all about getting into a routine and taking small steps to physical fitness!
